This is a gentle, hands on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the CST system. The CS system consists of the brain, nervous system dural tube and cerebral spinal fluid. The practitioner assists this system in releasing restrictions that have been caused from old shock trauma and stress, which enhances the functioning of this self healing and self correcting system.
